Renewal Invitation Guarantee
National Seniors members receive a Renewal Invitation Guarantee.
If you are insured under a Home and Contents, Contents for Renters, Landlord, Car or Caravan policy with National Seniors Insurance, then we will not decline to renew your policy solely because of your age or claims experience provided you are a current member of National Seniors Insurance at the date of renewal.
Any offer of renewal will be:
- subject to our other underwriting acceptance criteria; and
- issued on the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of your expiring policy, unless we have agreed changes with you or the standard terms and conditions of cover we offer have been varied when approved and agreed with National Seniors Insurance.
This is subject to the premium payable and excesses applicable to your policy on renewal always being assessed prior to us entering into and applied to the new policy with you and both may vary from the previous period of insurance. This renewal invitation guarantee does not apply if we decide to discontinue this product, if Allianz no longer have an insurance relationship with National Seniors Insurance, of if you do not comply with your duty of disclosure, you make any misrepresentations to us or if you do not comply with your obligations under the law or otherwise in relation to the policy.

6. Instalment premiums
If you choose to pay your premium by instalments you do not pay us any more than if you pay your premium in one lump sum annually. The premiums payable by instalments may be subject to minor adjustments (upwards or downwards) due to rounding. Note: Your financial institution may apply transaction fees to instalment payments.
